A beautiful baby lovey in neutral colors will do a wonderful baby shower gift to a lucky baby. The Foxy Fox Lovey was created to match the 3in1 Woodland Fox Baby Blanket (sold separately).

The Foxy Fox Lovey pattern comes in two versions:

- an alpine stitch pentagon lovey for intermediate crocheters - a beautiful textured pattern that requires you to count stitches

- a granny stitch pentagon lovey for beginners - works up fast and easy to make

Make this lovey your own by choosing your own color scheme. Use shades of blue for a boy, pretty pinks for a girl or natural, neutral colors such as warm orange (used in this pattern) or browns for a unisex lovey.

Made with double knit (light worsted) yarn, this blanket is warm and soft, but light in weight, perfect for babies of all sizes and ages.

SIZES:
Both blanket patterns are adjustable and so, you can make them as big or small as you like, simply add as many rows as you like until the blanket reaches the size you want.

Using the yarn weight and hook size suggested in this pattern will create a lovey approximately 55cm (21.5in) in diameter. Your finish size my vary depending on your tension and material used.

MATERIAL NEEDED:
Each ball of yarn is 300m long. Both options use relatively the same quantity of yarn. Below is the amount of yarn you will need for one blanket.
- 2 x 100g balls of DK / light worsted yarn in orange
- 1 x 50g ball of DK / light worsted yarn in white
- 1 x 50g ball of DK / light worsted yarn in black
