This is a set of 2 crochet patterns designed as a baby shower gift for expecting moms: a multipurpose bear baby blanket and the matching bear baby lovey. You can buy them separately from my Etsy shop, but they are cheaper as a bundle.

Crochet level: EASY - You will need to know how to read a pattern and have attempted amigurumi before (crocheting in the round). There are video tutorials provided on how to crochet the stitches used in these patterns.

Format: PDF file, pattern written row by row in US terms with side notes and photo tutorial where needed. All special stitches are explained so you can easily follow and complete the pattern.

BEAR BABY BLANKET

This is a baby blanket that folds into a toy. You can use it as a stroller blanket to keep your little one entertained, a playmat while at home, cuddle with the blanket while asleep or folded as a toy or decoration for the nursery. Looks gorgeous rested on the cot.

Materials:
- 2 x 100g balls of DK (light worsted yarn) in cream
- 2 x 100g balls of DK (light worsted yarn) in brown
- 2 x 100g balls of DK (light worsted yarn) in dark brown
- polyfill stuffing
safety doll eyes
- crochet hook size 4mm

BEAR LOVEY

The bear lovey was designed to match the baby blanket with a similar pattern.

Materials:
- 1 ball of double knit yarn each in dark brown, brown and cream
- safety doll eyes
- small quantities of stuffing for the eyes
- 4mm crochet hook
